There is no prepayment penalty.

There is a 5 percent discount given on remaining balance when paid in full during the first year.

The winning bidder must make the initial payment and contact the seller within 24 hours after the end of the auction.

A non refundable documents processing cost of $250 on each auction will apply and covers the cost of paperwork preparation and mailings.  There is also a $6.00 processing fee each month for those making monthly payments.

You may participate in only one of our property auctions at a time.
