This 1.57 acre parcel is located near the small town of Beatty where there is a general store and some shopping.  This parcel is just off a paved road and then has gravel road directly to the lot.  There are many mature pine trees and juniper with some nice openings making it an ideal parcel to build or just hold for the future.  Power is four lots away and there is underground telephone.   There are nice views of the valley and landscape. The Sprague River and Williamson River are very close and the Fremont National Forest is just north giving you miles to explore.  Onsite inspection notes:  “this lot is in the most desirable part of the development.  It is level with power close and has nice trees and views.  Comparable lots are selling for much more.”
