The price of the auction is $20,400.  We will close the auction with an $1,100 bid.
This parcel is located just outside the town of Sprague River and is in the nicest part of the subdivision.  There is power to the lot which is level and features many tall Ponderosa Pine trees and openings making it perfect putting a nice home on it or just holding it and watching it go up in value.  There are very nice gravel/dirt roads leading right to the property.  This is a beautiful lot and will appreciate very fast!
