The price of the property is $19,400.  We will close the auction with a $900 bid.

This property is located just outside the town of Sprague River.  It is located on a nice gravel/dirt road and is a corner lot with power.  The pictures show the large pine trees as well as some nice openings making it perfect to camp, build or just hold and watch it go up in value.  There are two driveways leading you all the way to the back of the lot.  This is a great investment!  There are also rivers close where there is some great fishing.  "This is a very nice lot".
